Here's what you need to do to dispose of yucky dissection animal bits.
Put only the animal bits in a black garbage bag, double bag it and tie the top
Paper towels and gloves can go into one of our garbage bags, and then be thrown out into any garbage bin or dumpster (we just can't leave it in the room)
Bring the animal bits bag to room BI 054Z, the Program Coordinator will have phoned ahead so someone will be there. Never leave the bag outside the door! They will get mad.
Clean all dissection trays (stack alternating, not one on top of the other), tools (dry off so they don't rust) and the lab surfaces. We are able to store our materials, but we need to keep the room clean.
Put lab coats and goggles away nicely and make sure they are clean. If the lab coats are dirty, put them in a black garbage back and notify the Program Coordinator for cleaning
